By using wood.delivery, you agree to these terms. wood.delivery is a demand-capture front end for the timber.bid firewood marketplace. We help you post a firewood delivery request; local sellers on timber.bid then quote and fulfill it.

What wood.delivery does

• We let you submit a firewood delivery request, which we post to timber.bid on your behalf.
• We surface delivery-area information and typical price ranges to help you plan.
• Accounts, seller messaging, payments, and delivery are handled on timber.bid under its terms.

We are not the seller

wood.delivery does not sell, deliver, or stack firewood, and is not a party to any transaction between you and a seller. Sellers are independent businesses. Quotes, pricing, product quality, seasoning, quantity, delivery, and scheduling are the seller's responsibility. Any contract for firewood is between you and the seller.

Pricing information

Price ranges shown on this site (for example, typical per-cord costs) are general estimates for planning only. They are not offers or guarantees. Your actual price is whatever a seller quotes and you agree to.

Your responsibilities

• Provide accurate contact and delivery information so sellers can quote you.
• Use the site only to request firewood for legitimate purposes, and don't submit requests you don't intend to pursue, spam, or abuse the chat.
• You must be able to form a binding contract (generally 18 or older) to place a request.

Availability and changes

We provide the site "as is" and may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of it at any time. We don't guarantee that you will receive quotes, or a particular number of them, for any request.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, wood.delivery disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the site and any firewood or services obtained through it. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for the acts, omissions, products, or services of any seller. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
